July 21, 2015 Phillip Dupre of Castle Ave, San Diego CA 92105
Phillip’s interest only payment that included taxes and insurance was well above $1,500.00. However his payment did nothing to lower the principal. Frustrated and behind Mr. Dupree sought the advice of our Advocates and through time and patience, this was his reward. First his interest rate was lowered to 2.375% FIXED! His monthly payment with Principal, interest, taxes and insurance is now lower than what he was paying before! Every month Mr. Dupre now has the peace of mind to see his principal lower every month that goes by. To top it all off $48,273.00 has been forgiven on this loan so when that statement comes in the mail it no longer shows a delinquent amount. Click read more to see the details.Read More… Button

June 24th, 2015 Jose and Zoila Martinez of Ilex Ave, Pacoima CA 91331
Many say that you are at the mercy of the lender when it comes to investment properties. Most people (Government or Non- Government) will not attempt to help those when it comes to investment properties. This is not the case for the Martinez’s.

Their hard earned money that they had saved to purchase this property was being gobbled up by penalties and bank fees. Combined with an interest only payment programs and a high variable rate, this investment became a nightmare. Seeing no light at the end of the tunnel the Martinez’s were 27 payments behind. After assistance, the variable rate was replaced with a fixed rate. They now have a stable monthly payment. The principal is now reduced with every monthly payment. This investment is no longer delinquent.

July 25, 2014 Robert Graham of S. Silverstone Ct. Roseville, CA 95747
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation and gratitude to you (NonProfit Alliance of Consumer Advocates and C.D.L.G) and everyone that has had a hand in this, THANK YOU.

I also wanted to say that Dee Williams is a Class Act. Her knowledge is in a league of its own. I was uncertain about this settlement approval, but after speaking with her and developing a “game plan,” her guidance and strategy (view of the big picture) is reassuring and I feel really good about completing all of this, from the credit/lien removal to the Keep Your Home California program. Much THANKS, I’m sincerely appreciative. – Robert Graham
